Main Responsibilities
For our customer, a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg, we are currently seeking a Senior Mobile Support Specialist.
Administration and management tasks in the area of mobile devices for the corporate deployment of tablets and laptops such as:
- Installation and configuration of mobile devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones);
- Administration and management of mobile devices (update deployment, security patches…);
- Reinstalling ca. 100 tablets Samsung Android tablets due to a bug between the MDM and the OS;
- First and second-line support remote and on-site;
- Recording & tracking problem information;
- Documenting operational support procedures;
- Drafting technical content for knowledge database;
- Testing and administration of applications;
- Liaising with system administration and database administration for execution of administration.
Successful Candidate
Technical knowledge and experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
- Extensive experience in providing IT user support for mobile devices like smartphones, tablets and laptops - iOS, Android, Windows 10;
- Experience with service management tools;
- Capability of solving complex problems, deep technical analysis and solutions oriented;
- Very good skills in Windows OS and all of the MS Office applications;
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is a strong asset.
Language and communication skills:
- Fluent in English and French – spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills.
