Je beheert en draagt, in het kader van een  belangrijk outsourcing contract door het Ministerie van Defensie, de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhoud van alle technische installaties en materieel op de site, alsmede het brandstof station. Je hebt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een team van een tiental mensen die samen deze diensten leveren in een grote kazerne van het Belgisch leger.

Rapporteert aan SITE MANAGER

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen van alle techniekers en groendienst
  • Opvolgen inventaris en uitvoering onderhouds- en herstellingswerken (NEN2767)
  • Adviseren en begeleiden van projecten inzake de verlaging van het energieverbruik, zowel voor wat het proces betreft als wat de voorzieningen aangaat.
  • Opvolgen uitgevoerde werken
  • Prijsvraag, prijsvergelijking en bestelling van de materialen
  • Prijsaanvraag en contracten onderaannemers – gespecialiseerde experten
  • Jaarlijkse uitvoering van de ASPEN index
  • Financiële opvolging
  • Vervanging van de SITE MANAGER bij diens afwezigheid

Job description/role

You manage and hold, within the framework of an important outsourcing contract by the Ministry of Defence, the ultimate responsibility for the maintenance of buildings and equipment on the site, as well as the fuel station.

You have the ultimate responsibility for a team of ten people who provide all of these services in a large Belgian Defence site.

You report to the SITE MANAGER

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing all technicians and green service
  • Operating the system of inventories and follow-up maintenance carried out on the basis of the NEN 2767 (training can be provided)
  • Giving advice and guiding projects on the reduction of energy consumption, both in terms of the process and in terms of facilities.
  • Controlling performed works
  • contest, price comparison and order of materials price request and contracts subcontractors – specialist experts
  • Annual production of the ASPEN index
  • financial control
  • Deputy for the SITE MANAGER in his absence

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een diploma in de Ingenieurswetenschappen (bouwkunde, electrotechniek, elektriciteit of energiebeheer
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring 
  • Je hebt concrete ervaring met toepassing van de NEN 2767 conditiemeting en de ASPEN index

              (Opleiding kan worden verstrekt op dit    gebied).

  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in innovatie,  nieuwe technieken en energiebeheer
  • Je bent kostenbewust
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent een gedreven  peoplemanager en leidt graag medewerkers op
  • Je beschikt over een klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Je hebt grote zorg voor de veiligheid op de site, de veiligheid van klanten en medewerkers
  • Je bent goed meertalig, Nederlandstalig of Franstalig  met goede kennis van de tweede landstaal (gesproken Europees niveau B2)  en het Engels;
  • Gezien de specifieke omgeving heb je bijzonder veel aandacht voor regels en veiligheid, zowel wat de installaties op de site betreft als de betrokken medewerkers en klanten

  • You have a Higher Education in engineering (architecture, electro-technology, electricity or energy management
  • You have minimum 2 years experience
  • You have practical experience applying the NEN 2767 condition measurement and the ASPEN index – Training can be provided in this area.
