Project Support Officer

For one of our prestigious customers, the European Commission in Brussels, we are looking for a Project Support Officer.

Main Responsibilities

The role will cover any of the following tasks relevant to EESSI (non-exhaustive list):
 writing draft business-related documentation and presentations
 attending internal or external meetings
 administrative activities: logistics of meetings, taking of minutes
 assistance in the coordination and logistics of a Train-the-Trainer business training program
 updating of the stakeholder contact list.

The Ideal Candidate

The candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant experience .

The following skills and experience are required for the project:
 Experience in IT Project support
 Knowledge of applicable IT project management methodologies;
 Proficiency in common office tools;
 Knowledge and experience with quality procedures;
 Good analytical and organisational skills;
 Good interpersonal skills, including multicultural environments
 Very good verbal and written communication and presentations kills;
 Excellent oral and written skills in English. French language is a plus. Knowledge of other EU languages is an asset
