Job Introduction

Für ein neues Unterbringungsprojekt im Raum Berlin sucht die Serco Services GmbH ab sofort mehrere Freiwilligenkoordinatoren/-innen / Freiwilligenmanager/-innen.

For the purposes of a new hospitality project based in the region of Berlin, Serco Services GmbH are looking to recruit several Volunteer Coordinators (M/F).

Main Responsibilities

Aufgaben: 

• U.a. Ansprechpartner für das Ehrenamt in der Einrichtung. Koordiniert Ehrenamtliche sowie Hauptamtliche in ihrer Arbeit und sorgt für eine Vernetzung, insbesondere Aufbau und Koordination einer Struktur, die den Einsatz von Ehrenamtlichen in der Einrichtung für Flüchtlinge fördert, weiterentwickelt, systematisiert und organisiert;
• Entwicklung von Einzelprojekten, Aufbau einer Netzwerkes von Akteuren in der Einrichtung und Umfeld;
• Aufbau eines Pools an Ehrenamtlichen und deren Einsatzplanung;
• Bestimmung von Handlungsfeldern und Organisation von Aktivitäten zu verschiedensten Themen; 
• Organisation von Informations- und/oder Schulungsveranstaltung für Ehrenamtlichen;
• Entwicklung einer Anerkennungskultur;
• Einführung der Ehrenamtlichen in die Unterkunft.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact for volunteering at the facility; 
• Coordinates volunteers and paid staff in their work and ensures crosslinking, in particular design and coordination of a structure that promotes, develops and systematizes and organises the use of volunteers in the organization;
• Development of individual projects, building a network of stakeholders in the establishment and environment;
• Build up a pool of volunteers and their scheduling;
• Determination of areas of activity and organization of activities on various topics;
• Organization of information and / or training event for volunteers;
• Development of a culture of recognition;
• Introduction of the volunteers in the property.

Successful Candidate

Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Fachschul-/Hochschulausbildung, wünschenswert in sozialer Arbeit oder Ausbildung in pädagogischen/sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich oder langjährige Erfahrung in einem ähnlich pädagogisch, kulturellem, organisatorischen Arbeitsfeld;
• Organisationstalent, idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement;
• Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im Team
• Hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz
• Ausgeprägte Konfliktfähigkeit

Your profile:

• Completed technical college / university education, desirable in social work or training in educational / social sciences or many years of experience in a similar educational, cultural, organizational work field;
• Good organizational skills, ideally project management experience;
• Strong social and communicative skills;
• Strong conflict resolution skills;
