Main Responsibilities

As User Support Agent - Statistics - Analyst you will be responsible for:
- User Support Assistants are responsible for the handling of statistical enquiries.
- Enquiry handling – Providing an appropriate and timely response.
- First Call Resolution.
- Escalation to 2nd Line Support Services.
- Customer service.
- Email and web form handling.

Successful Candidate
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum three years’ experience working with statistics.
- A minimum three years’ experience working in a Customer focused / Call Centre environment.
EDUCATION
- A university degree (minimum three years studies); e.g. Economics, Finance, Statistics
- (a proven experience three years in user support activities on statistics can be considered as equivalent - EU related/ EU traineeship a bonus).
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English - The working language is English and French, proficiency is required to a good working level.
- Additional EU languages are a bonus.
